What kind of church is Calvander Church?

Calvander is a Baptist church affiliated with the Baptist State Convention of NC and the Yates Baptist Association.  People who attend come from all types of denominational backgrounds.

Is Calvander Church based on biblical princlples?

YES!  We may not be traditional in style, but the Bible is the foundation for everything we do.

What kind of music do you play?

We play a variety of Christian music. 

What should I wear?

People at Calvander wear what is comfortable for them.  Jeans, slacks, shorts, and dresses are worn each Sunday.

Why do you meet at the Century Center?

We are a young church and do not have a facility of our own.
